  Broken glass when arrived, packaging was very hard to open, quality of print not very good. The seller helped with small refund but overall a very bad experience. Have to replace the glass (with much better glass, the broken glass was cloudy and made the picture look bad even if it hadn't broken) and the time, expense and hassle of the whole thing completely sucked!

  The large print arrived with cracks in the glass that occurred during shipping. I offered to pay for glass replacement ($40-50 at Michaels or equivalent) or take the return. Buyer engaged in feedback extortion by demanding cost of glass replacement and an extra 100 dollars. Against my better judgement I paid the demand to avoid an expensive return and she proceeded to leave negative feedback anyway. Avoid this buyer. Thanks
