    I want to start by saying that this is the second time I have bought from this seller. The first time, I bought what was supposed to be a .925 Montana sapphire ring. I had it tested by my jeweler, and turned out to be a zircon. This time I purchase these tanzanite earrings, and when I open the box, one of the stones is laying loose in the box and the other post earring with the stone in it is also loose. I emailed the seller twice with no response. I don't recommend this seller.

    Man, you can't fix crazy. This customer was off the charts with ultimatums and garbage like that. Constantly wanting me to refund her money for weird little things she found wrong. Woof........absolutely certifiably crazy.
