I received the large pottery piece yesterday, 11/1/2023, and the piece arrived well packaged and safeguarded. The large pottery jar was in excellent condition, unharmed from transport, and was exactly as pictured and described. For such a delicate and large piece of pottery I was a bit ambivalent about the piece arriving intact and unharmed. The packaging was of professional grade. I’d certainly buy from the seller again.

I received the fiestaware magnets intended for the guy that left the very crabby review and he received my earrings aka ‘clips in plastic bags’ to him.Yes, sometimes mistakes are made but there’s no need to get angry and post a bad review before allowing the seller to rectify the situation.Seller was great in communicating the error and providing return labels to us both as I understand.
