  I ordered James Paterson books, I received books from 4 different authors. There were doubles of books in the box. Some books were in terrible condition, covers half torn off, water damage, smelling of mold. Pretty slow on shipping. I will never deal with this seller again, and advise others that their description are not accurate.

I tried to do the right thing and instead of communicating with me kindly you instead give negative feedback without giving me any kind of opportunity to make this right other than total refund and you kept your order so who lost on this deal?

  This was the first time I purchased from the seller, and the pricing of plant was great pricing I purchased two times from her and received one of those and that plant was good and looked just as well. I’m waiting on my third. This seller has excellent prices package my plants very well. I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks due to the post office and because of her great packing, the plant arrived in excellent condition, I will purchase from the seller again
