  Item was described as new, the box has old water damage, mold inside, foam is damaged, a stick inside the box. It is very clearly not new condition. In addition shipping estimates on advertisement were for April 30-May 3. On may 7th when it still hadn’t arrived, I alerted eBay as the tracking hadn’t updated since May 4th. The seller responded accusing me of fraud, was incredibly rude. The reason it didn’t arrive on the seller shipped a lighting fixture via media mail. Item arrived 5/9.

  This lady is just mad because she scheduled installation before she had the item. Every buyer and seller knows USPS is delayed lately and you cant take the ESTIMATED delivery as absolute. She demanded a refund BEFORE a delivery attempt was even made. Shes angry her case was deemed unfounded by Ebay and so she further sent pics of a box with superficial wear ( never sent pics of the item or claimed it was damaged tho) and reported as not as described.
