  This eBay seller was great to work with. A substitute carrier for the USPS delivered the original package to an incorrect address and my regular local postal carrier was unable to get the package back. The seller kept in constant contact with me during the process and sent me a replacement once the USPS confirmed that the package was delivered to an incorrect address.
