  Buyer was issued a full refund, within 6 hours of complaint. First message was on my lunch, next was immediately after work. Unfortunately I could not be any faster due to having a full time job. Moving forward I will try to be quicker to resolve issues, sincerest apologies. Hopefully a full refund is a favorable enough outcome.
