    Item was nonfunctioning upon arrival. I contacted the seller and they asked me to send item back via FedEx or USPS. I asked for a return label but seller refused, asking me to pay out of pocket first and then they will reimburse me. I went to FedEx and asked for the cheapest option to send it back. Then once I sent the item back, the seller refused to refund me the shipping cost.
