    This rating is for purchase, cust service and description/condition of items. Arrived in a very timely manner, I had a few questions for the seller prior to purchase that they answered entirely and likewise fast. Packaging was very solid and protective (expandable foam insert) so it appears they addressed previous feedback in this regard. Everything that was advertised was included, and in perfect new condition. Will update after installation and a bit of use. So far A+++ experience!! WDDBA!!

    This company should have a much better rating because they were fantastic to work with! When the post office delivered my package the box was all blown apart and some of the bolts were missing. This was not the fault of the seller, but they still answered my message quickly and sent the missing parts free of charge. They were quick to respond and great to work with, I would 100% buy from them again.

    Product as described except for the hose clamps. Ordered 2, only one shipped. Contacted seller no return communication. But did end up sending missing item in a timely manor. Add shows 3 high-strength t-bolt clamps, both orders had the smaller clamp being ordinary hose clamps.
