  Terrible company. They don't ship their products, Avoid at all costs. Terrible communication, doesn't reply to any messages/emails. Waited a month and the phone still hasn't arrived, it hasn't even been dispatched. Sent them multiple messages/emails asking to just cancel the order instead if they aren't going to send it but they have just ignored me and kept the money.

  Thank you for your order. We did ship you at once and after that we got a message from you saying " is it possible to cancel this order? My partner has ordered it too by mistake".We are so confused that moment & did our best to get package back from Fed-ex and then you told us "Never mind and go ahead with the order." We asked you for your final decision but no single reply from you until today you left us Negative Feedback saying "Terrible company & communication"??!! Please be FAIR for us!!

  I hate leaving negative feedback. This seller does not communicate; I sent several messages over the span of weeks and got no answers to my questions or requests to cancel. Ebay eventually forced a refund because the item was never shipped, and the seller was not communicating. If you value your time and money, consider a different seller.

  Thank you for your order. As we told you before, this model 24/1TB only has Chinese Version and if you keen on Global Version only, we can only ship you 16/512GB version and we told you before about this situation but up to now, you still did not tell us clearly if this is OK for you or not!!

  Received notification to say phone had been dispatched but tracking information said it had not yet been sent. Waited 2-3 weeks for the phone to arrive. Tracking still said it had not been sent. When I chased it up with the seller was told it was out of stock and they quickly refunded me. Happy to be refunded quickly not so happy that I had to chase them up to be told it was out of stock. They could have told me this as soon as they knew.

  Unreliable Seller, Avoid! Ordered Huawei FreeBuds 4 on Feb 3rd, expected by Feb 12th, but it was never shipped. Seller blamed delays due to Chinese New Year and offered a cheaper, inferior FreeBuds 5 instead. I declined and asked when my original order would ship—they never answered. Days later, they canceled my order without explanation. Terrible communication, misleading practices, and a complete waste of time. Avoid this seller!
