  I waited 2 weeks before reaching out to the seller to inquire about shipping as I understand life is busy. No response was ever given. No explanation or apology just silence. If you aren’t any to ship something the very least you can do is communicate with your customers. Instead I had to wait even longer and go through the dispute process.
