  Purchased a faucet that was to include a mixing valve needed for installation. A packing error caused the mixing valve to not be included with the shipment. Honest mistake. Since I needed to install quickly, I found a local solution to the valve issue. I reached out to the seller and Edward personally called me and made a more than fair adjustment to the sale price!
