  Shipped incredibly fast considering location of origin — seller is very friendly and kind, item (live plant) was as described but was damaged in transit by carrier despite being well packaged. Seller was prompt to offer suggestions on how to fix the issue and when that sadly didn’t work (as plants can be a gamble of course), offered a near instant resolution with a full refund. I hope my plant makes it still but seller gets 10/10 stars. I would absolutely buy orchids from them again
