They provided bad shipping info and once i asked about it the said dont worry aboutit and then ghosted me. At week 6 I still have not received my item and requested a refund. Do not buy.

Listing said shipping was from New York, but was actually international. No tracking information provided until after 3 days, and only then when I messaged seller. Tracking number was UPS when listing said USPS, and the UPS tracking number provided was not valid (verified with UPS branch they had no record of it. ) Waited 10 days from date of payment and still no tracking info on UPS, so I asked for a refund, which I got. I understand delays can be frustrating, but I was transparent about the timeline
