Seller knew the damage existed but did not mention it. Asked for a full refund and to return. The customer attempted to repair the items themselves, instead of returning for a full refund. A full refund of the purchase price was offered for the items. I was not paying for return shipping for items that may have been damaged by the customers admitted attempt to self repair. A partial refund was accepted by the customer and the customer retained the items.
