Box tore in transit and caused several major dings on item. When I contacted the seller, they were unhelpful and said I could open a dispute with FedEx. Problem is, seller shipped it in a way where only the seller could open a dispute. Did not respond after I pointed that out. HORRIBLE ALL AROUND! Sorry Fedex destroyed your package not my fault. Buyer originally demanded a refund. And failed to wait for Fedex to complete its claims process before leaving unnecessary feed back on a lot of things that are not in the sellers control.
