    I had a problem getting the item. FEDEX claimed to have delivered it to me and I didn't get it. I contacted the seller who said in an email that they had difficulty sending it and that they would get it to me, because IT WASN'T sent when FEDEX had claimed it to be delivered. I got the item a week later.
