  The item came badly damaged. The corners of the box were cracked open. I contacted seller , no response for 3 days. I opened a return request. The seller contacted me and asked me to close the return request, so he/she could send me a replacement. The replacement was even more damaged than the last. Contracted seller, again, no response. Tried to open return, ebay won't allow anothe return. I felt played by the seller. The seller knows his products are defective but yet still sells them.

  Item had some defects from manufacturer and if the packaging would have been better the padded cover would not have ripped during shipping. Seller made a partial refund so I am giving a Positive Feedback.

  Received the item in a timely manner. Thank you for your prompt service. All though the packaging was torn open on the ends and some of the parts were missing, and the padded deck is torn in 3 places. I can replace the missing hardware. The missing items were the 3 bumper pads, the 2 locking pins that hold the legs in the down and locked position, and some of the hardware. Thanks again for your service.

  Thank you for refunding the cost of the treadmill that you sent me that was totally the wrong treadmill. It was quite a pain in the butt to try to return it. Why did you not just tell me that you were out of stock instead of sending me a treadmill that was far less than what I wanted? MSG Nicholas Salatti, United States Army
