  Shipping- poorly wrapped in colorful eBay tissue paper. Despite them writing “fragile” on the box, one has to expect the mail to jostle and bounce around. When not done, you get broken mugs. So not one, but two of the four were broken. I reached out once received and attempted to address it with the seller but never heard back. Note - I bought a different mug from another seller at the same time and it arrived intact & as described. This order was poor value at $25 w/$18.55 shipping for 2 mugs.
