  Customer was responsive and although I was told I couldn't get a signature release they continued to respond when I reached out. I made the same purchase from another seller Meonov about 3 weeks ago and my package was left outside at 10am. I rarely use eBay and turned here because they had the phone, I had no idea how much of a headache it would be not to mention I did not get my money back from my stolen phone. Other than that, this specific seller was helpful and attentive but overall beware.

  Came without a receipt for warranty...it took me 4 messages and a refusal to give them positive feedback before they agreed to send me the receipt....avoid them.
