  The kit was sent right away and got here in a decent time despite the big snow storm between them and me in the Midwest. The kit was missing the gaskets, however. So I called and the responded immediately and put them in the mail to me the very next day. The person I spoke with was very polite, apologetic for the oversight, and easy to work with.
