  High quality Jimmy blue sapphire. It is very difficult to determine country of origin when it comes to Sapphires but I think it's accurate and if not it's from Sri Lanka. Terrific color. As described, packaging was safe but I would prefer a case next time. Price was about correct per carat for this type of stone. I would call it slightly included.
