  The item was purchased over 2 weeks ago and was masked as shipped almost immediately. However the tracking information shows that the item still has not actually left the facility. When reaching out to the vendor they have an excuse and stated that the item would be shipped a few days later. Now it hasn’t been shipped and I’m not getting a response. I want my money back!

  Gorgeous earrings and fantastic seller! I was going to return the earrings, as they don't have butterfly closings (I'm disabled, and those are the only ones I can use), so the seller offered me a full refund AND to keep the earrings!
