    Thanks for your purchase. You were charged $10.50 for shipping. The actual shipping cost was $10, but that does not include the fee ebay takes on shipping cost... so the amount you were charged is appropriate and not high at all. The cost of shipping these days is not cheap. Perhaps feedback to your local Post Office would be pertinent.
