The gemstone exactly matched the photo in the ad, which should always be because every gemstone is unique unless flawless, which most people (including myself) cannot afford anyway. Item was held up in shipping in Thailand(!) after shipping from India, but is ok, I don't blame them for cking (with dogs and such) because small packets probably resemble a drug shipment of some kind. Thank you for sending exact stone you advertised, unlike some sellers sometimes.

It took a few attempts but the seller did not stop trying until they fixed it. Excellent communication in English by the seller. Excellent customer service.
