  The quality for the £7 septum is not what you’d expect for the price tag. The item I bought appeared from the pictures that the gems sit flush to the septum ring itself, when receiving this item I instantly wanted to send it back as the gems stuck considerably out than what was pictured (images included below) I requested a return stating the item did not look as pictured, and the seller was argumentative and has since now stopped responding completely - no customer service skills at all.

  The quality is really good and arrived sealed in a little bag, condition very clean. Super good value too and the sizes of the ball+labret were exactly as described. Appearance is just as the picture and was super easy to put in. Will definitely recommend!
