    The item arrived destroyed by the carrier, I figured it was a bad sign when the signal the package was delivered was a loud thud by the front door. The item was clearly marked fragile handle with care, the carrier must of took that as a sign to beat it mercilessly. The only shining light was the sellers great service and communication, he was over communicative and helpful as we tried to find a solution and understanding when the item was too badly damaged to salvage. Great Service.

    Shipping was quick and the laptop was packed well. Lots of bubble wrap and protection so nothing got jarred or anything en route to me. The laptop was actually better than described! I was impressed as how pristine it looked. There were minimal scuffs & wear & tear. Given all that, it’s definitely a great value. I’ll be coming back to this seller when I need a laptop for myself!

    The item was a great buy for me. Works great as a home server and was able to easily install my own OS. Item was much better in my hands then described. Packaging had some difficulty removing but was very secure in shipping box. Shipping took somewhat longer than expected and arrived a few days later than expected especially with a somewhat heavy shipping fee.
