I ordered the wrong hinges I needed right side hinges but ordered left side. An email to the seller and he replied no problem I'll exchange them for the right side. I decided to return the hinges by hand. I arrived and the correct hinges were waiting for me, the seller was very helpful and knew his UPVC parts well. I'll certainly be buying from him again.
