We sold these cues for over 10 years. The cue always comes with the joint protectors and good tip. When we asked the customer provide the pictures or video for the problem, he cannot provide anything. He even don't want to ship back the cues to us and use the negative feedback to force us to refund him the payment.

The seller had sold out all the 42" cues. I ordered a 42" + 48" + 52" combo. They still accepted the order and shipped two 52" instead without my consent. They offered a refurbished 42-inch but they were reluctant to provide any shipping information. The cue is never received. The back and forth wasted all my time and I would not recommend this seller.

The tracking showed the customer received another refurbished 42" cue.She received four cues in total but still leave us this negative feedback.

The seller wanted to use the same USPS tracking number to ship a second package to avoid the shipping cost. It is very unethical and the package got lost unsurprisingly. Or they were just lying from the beginning about sending the correct cue.
Go ahead and post any evidence to prove I have received (or you've shipped) and correct cue.
