  Received a completely different model tool and kit than advertised that had a smaller battery (5Ah vs. 8Ah - $80.+ difference in price alone) and none of the safety features that I bought this specifically for (compare my photos to original photo from listing.) Seller first insisted they were exactly the same, then had attitude when eventually agreeing to return and refund. However I had deadline for project I needed the tool for, so had no choice but to keep it. I cannot recommend buying again.

  The buyer used the item and keep the tool! I offered a full refund... therefore this buyer is just trying to ruin my reputation! Very unfortunate that eBay can't fix this.
