  The picture above show a warm white lamp and advertised as dimmable. I received and installed the lights by a electrician. I found out that they are non-dimmable and the temperature is bright white and not warm white. Please compare my photo and as advertised. The seller insists the temperature can't be changed and are non-dimmable. I asked the seller to replace the units with units as advertised. They replied that the item is out of stock and they can't help. This is unresolved.

  Beautiful, elegant light fitting. It looks spectacular, arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I was a bit dubious when I ordered it, that it would look cheap, but I can't fault the beautiful sparkling crystals and the price and quality of the light itself are amazing.
