  Item arrived quickly but wasn't suitable for what I needed it for, listing stated it was suitable but luckily the seller was great and dealt with this issue promptly. They began the refund process and the item was returned. During it's return the courier lost the item but after messaging the seller they issued the refund and stated they would sort the missing item. Overall a long winded process but thankfully the seller sorted it.
