  I bought a game that was listed as "very good." While the disk was okay, the case was cracked and broken, and the box art insert was heavily creased and damaged. Considering this was a gift, and I didn't have time to send it back and find a replacement. I contacted the seller. I ended up buying a replacement case, and finding a way to somewhat work out some of the creases in the cover art using a microfiber cloth and a clothes iron.
