Packaging was secure in bubble wrap and cardboard for extra safe delivery and marked, fra-gee-lay (must be Italian) that was a joke, but it was marked fragile, price was the best I could find it for. This was actually a replacement for my son's mug that I accidentally broke which happens to me his favorite mug because it's big and Batman. Wild definitely buy from this seller again!!!!!!
