  Seller refuses to accept returns. Big Mouth Billy Bass was sold as able to move and sing "Don't Worry Be Happy", The item I received did not move or sing. I would expect a full refund of the $41 + I paid for the item (which includes shipping). This seller should be held accountable by e-bay. Thank you for your help.
