    The iPad was actually in even better condition than described and the price was a good deal! It shipped pretty fast via UPS. The item was packaged well with a sturdy cardboard box and plentiful packing peanuts. The package delivery required a signature upon receipt which was a nice added safety measure to prevent theft, rather than just being left at the front door. I appreciate the thoughtfulness!     Seller claimed that the tripod came with a video head in description. But since there was no picture of the head I contacted seller to confirm that it did. Seller responded yes it did. I waited almost a month to receive shipment - and when I got it, it had no head. Contacted seller, they haven’t responded. Worst seller experience yet on eBay.
