Tire iron as described, fair price, problematic shipment.. The box, which was way too big, arrived with a hole in one side and one of the tire irons protruding. Upon opening the box the second tire iron was missing. The plastic wrapper for both tire irons was there proving the missing tire iron had been shipped. The instruction sheet sent with the tools stated that if something was wrong with the shipment to take it to the nearest Harbor Freight store. I took it to the store locally SOLVED!!

Arrived 10 days late in a cardboard box with taped-up holes, one of the pair was missing, try changing a tire with one tire iron. Vendor told me to "close the complaint in order to receive a refund". Explained the situation to eBay who confirmed that is not the procedure, they sorted the refund for me. The one that did arrive was good quality.
