    In all cases before writing a negative comment about the vendor, I highly recommend to communicate your discrepancies. Anxiously awaiting this product, it arrived damaged due to shipping. Contacted the vendor and they were willing to send another item or refund a portion of the price. I elected the refund due not wanting them to take the responsibility of shipping negligence. Anyway with what I have to repair, I believe I can remedy the damage. Am pleased the product is intricately detailed.
