    Surprising that a seller with such good feedback would do such a shady thing for a few bucks! I bought a top and paid then. She said it was sent but couldn't find details,she said she refunded me, Don't you keep ship receipt?she says that she provided but she didn't.Today I see the exact same used top on Second Chance sellers page for $25.00 plus shipping (Fushion Closet had accepted my offer for 18.00 including shipping) You should be censored by ebay for this) I'll Will file a complaint!
