    What we ordered was a great price and it was delivered quickly to us. A few of the items in the boxes were damaged at some point in the delivery process. I thanked the seller and explained about the damage parts. They could have been more helpful. I supplied pictures of the defective items and arranged for a refund. I would feel confident using this seller again.

    Item was as described and of good quality. I do have to say though that the choice of delivery company should maybe be reconsidered. They did not attempt delivery by the time advised, as a result I missed subsequent delivery attempts, due to having to work, with no way to communicate with them to advise when would be a good time to deliver, or to get the driver to contact me when on the way so I could pop home from work. Really bad experience with delivery company.

    Great bed with a great price. Well packaged and delivered in good time and condition. When building it i found that I was missing some bolts, I messaged them and got a response in less than a day with an offer of a 10% price refund or have the bolts sent to me. I chose option 2 and a full set of fixings arrived a couple of days later. This company is reliable and has trustworthy. The bed was finished and is a great purchase.

    First day arrived just a one box .then I have realized couple of side arms missing . I have inform to the seller. Then he replied second box arriving soon.     The quality is excellent condition, even though they are new obviously, the value of the item is very reasonable and appearance is just how it is shown in picture. Would recommend this buyer ,but you need to change your delivery company has yodel said that they left in a safe place at back of my house but was just left at front door so im not giving you bad feedback just a bit annoyed with yodel!!!!!
