    When I first opened the package, the burner tubes seemed too long for my ES-210 grill, so I emailed the company. They responded with a helpful picture showing that the tubes extend beyond the box and into the control panel area. Now I have installed them and it all works correctly. The package arrived one day later than promised, but no big deal in this case. I was also disappointed that it came from Amazon since I ordered on eBay to AVOID giving Amazon more business.

    Fit perfectly, held down the on/off button to reset from Amber to white. Reset and back to filtering for 1/2 the price. Shipped in two separate boxes, not sure why but not damaged. Seller communication was exceptional. Absolutely will continue to buy, as these filters are WAY overpriced and clog up too fast to merit such a cost. Thanks a bunch.
