    WOW! This feedback was left while the item not received case is still open and we have not even had an opportunity to respond. We shipped the item the day after purchase. Tracking still says it is waiting to be shipped. What is more likely after over 1000 transactions and 100% positive feedback, that we paid to print a label then did not ship a random Tim Burton doll as part of our master plan to become "scam artists" or the carrier did not scan the item in and has temporarily lost the package?
