    arrived undamaged but the box and packaging was not great. If it hadn't been a metal piece, it would have been damaged. There was very little packaging which caused part of the towel holder to break through the cardboard when the USPS drop kicked it from truck to truck. Sure, the postal service isn't great but some extra padding rather then 2 sheets of paper would have helped.
