    Shipping and packaging was great, arrived on time, but was disappointed when I found a rip and repair on the plush that in listing said no rip/repairs and was not shown on the listing photos. Reached out to seller who responded quickly, and said I could return if not satisfied, but was a birthday gift and I could not return and re purchase to have a replacement here in time, the rest of the plush was in great condition, but disappointed I chose this listing due to condition and it didn’t match

    I apologized to the buyer that they were not 100% satisfied with the item and that I inspect every item that I list and had found no flaws on this item. I allow for free returns and when contacted, I advised the buyer that they may return the item free of charge. The buyer said they could send photos and have not seen anything on this "flaw".
