  Seller had to issue refund as it was not delivered from FedEx Smartpost - don't anyone use this service ever! You can't track it, you can't get FedEx support and at some point it switches to USPS and getting the final tracking # impossible. I've never been so frustrated in my life and needed this laptop replacement basically overnight - never came and I ordered another one from someone else via USPS Priority mail- fully insured. Please seller use USPS -we're in a rural area.
