    Ordered a new condition item and I was sent the wrong item that was also used. The item was not what was pictured or described, they sent a much less expensive item than advertised. I reached out to the seller and sent pictures . They saw the pictures confirmed that's what they sent and claimed it was correct. I called eBay on what to do and they were helpful and clearly saw the item the seller sent was not what was advertised.

    This is the item you ordered. The barcode of the ball was on the picture of the item you returned.... The pictures were clear and we just did not block you fast enough to stop you from stealing from us... You are a thief....
