Item ordered and paid May 3. Contacted seller to find out when they would ship since it was past the promised date. Item hadn't shipped. I was told they didn't have them and then suddenly, there was a tracking number. Seller did issue a refund, but then Fedex and eBay said the item was delivered, however, it wasn't. Very confusing. I found the item cheaper at Wal-Mart locally.
