It was missing a piece. I didn’t realize until I had it out of the package-which was a challenge. I had to cut it out so it was impossible to send back to the seller. The seller offered $5 compensation. I said $10 was more reasonable and was credited $8.69. I’m too busy to pursue this further. Also, oddly, it came in Walmart packaging. Needless to say, I will not purchase from this seller again.

Never received item which was a very big inconvenience for me. I was refunded but somehow my package was delivered to the wrong address. When I called to inquire I was told the seller sent my package to the wrong address and I contacted the seller and they blamed the delivery service. No one wants to be held accountable for the mistake.

The fluid container leaked and the box where it was put in was wet with fluid. I sent pictures to prove the leak and seller still has to cover it up.
