  AVOID this seller! Purchased two identical hair care items listed as NEW. One was used (pump extended open, residual dried product in holes, grimy sticky from use. Brought to sellers attention however no resolution was offered except for denial at first, then finally an apology and suggested to ship used back item (which I discarded) and open a claim. Not worth the effort or my time for $15. Knowingly misrepresented item condition.

  This Seller came across as professional, genuinely nice. The tracking showed UPS where a label was created but never shipped. I has to send several emails asking what was the delay in actual shipping. The Seller then sent a message with the following: Hello, It is possible that the package was in the bin with USPS packages instead of UPS. I will go head and submit a full refund for the item. Took action swiftly. Reason-issue with my address. My address is correct. Issue with Seller
