    These guys are absolutely top notch! There customer service is the best I have ever seen. I had a problem with a unit and they corrected it and sent a new corrected treadmill right away!     I purchased the life fitness lat pulldown machine with the lfe fitness lat pulldown bar included as shown in the photo and described in the description. When I notified Nate, I was told the lat bar will be shipped at no cost to me. Only to have the story changed the next day by text. The ad was posted wrong and the lat bar wasn't included and the owner wanted Nate to pay for his mistake out of his own pocket. Plus I get told I misunderstood the original ad. they admitted it was there mistake

    Imagine being a highly rated seller and one day risking your reputation over not spending $30 to keep a client that spent over $1k, happy. Vinny you knew you were mistaken which is why you only asked where you could order a bar. I immediately said I would send you one at no cost. While I hoped for a "thanks" I received daily threats of violence. The clips from THE GODFATHER did give me a chuckle though. Vin, we sent the bar. We did right by you this entire transaction. Do better in life Vinny
